The Service Business Playbook comes with a 14-day refund window.
If, within 14 days of your purchase, you decide the course isn't what you expected, email jonathan@getserviceplaybook.com from the address you used at checkout and ask for a refund. You don't need to fill in a form, take a survey, or justify your decision. I'll process the refund through Stripe and you'll see it back on your card within a few business days.
After 14 days
After day 14, purchases are non-refundable. The course is digital and you have permanent access from the moment of purchase, so the 14-day window is more than enough to evaluate the first two modules.
